Oli & Louise | Burnham Engagement Session

One of the coolest things about this job, is the freedom to scout and explore some beautiful locations. My home county of Norfolk spoils me with its scenery, and I seemingly never run out of new places to discover. One of these new places, thanks to Oli and Louise, is Burnham Overy Staithe. A mere stones throw from Holkham Hall, this stunning marsh land and beach area is idyllic in its isolation. A perfect spot for dog walking, if you need some inspiration – or in our case, an engagement session.

Now, it’s been a bitterly cold start to April, and as the sun set on our session, it only got colder! These two had each other to keep warm, and I’d say they did a pretty good job of it. Well, at least they weren’t blue by the end of it. We lost track of time on our trek out on to the beach through the dunes. By the time our feet touched the sand, the sky was dressed in a pastel pink and blue silkiness. It was just beautiful to look at! What’s more, it didn’t even get dark until gone 8pm. Surely this means there’s some warm weather around the corner?
