What a joy it was to spend a working weekend out in sunny Marbella, especially for two people as cool as Chloe and Danny. Their wedding was warm, yes, but in more ways than just the temperature. This was a crowd of people that made me feel welcome from the minute I got amongst them, and there is nothing that can be more freeing as a photographer, than the people I’m surrounded by fully embracing me with open arms. That’s the real secret to getting snaps from your wedding that feel true and honest to who you are as people.
If I’m lucky enough, I’ll get to come back to the stunning venue that is El Molino Del Duque again one day soon. But if not, it was a great way to be introduced to weddings in Spain, at the very least.
