A late November micro wedding held at Godwick Hall, and Swanton Morley church. Em & Ollie changed their wedding date 3 times thanks to lockdown, initially due to get married back in March. When they postponed the first time, they opted for a late November wedding – but then lockdown 2.0 happened and somehow, miraculously, they managed to get their key suppliers to squeeze in their last minute wedding the day before we shut down again. I cannot begin to imagine how stressful this year has been for these two, bt despite that, they never stopped smiling. Not once, all day. They lived and breathed every moment, and they are a credit to themselves for it because this is what it’s all about. Weddings are a culmination of each aspect of your life, compacted in to one room. It’s such a celebration of being alive, and I felt like these two got that. They turned up, lived it, and owned it.
Big shout out to Godwick Hall, especially Kerri, for making this such a smooth sailing day. Also props to Florentina catering, Melissa Abel MUA, Constance Rose for flowers, and Amy at Adella for taking care of Emma in the build up. Y’all played your part perfectly.
