My first visit to Hales Hall and the Great Barn just so happened to be one of the most energetic, fun, and effervescent weddings I’ve ever been to. With thanks to the efforts of Lucy, Jon and all of their loved ones, they pulled off a spectacularly lively day. First of all, let me give you a bit of background on this pair. Lucy is one of five sisters, all of which you’ll see playing the role of Bridesmaid beautifully. After their first Tinder date, Jon wrote an email to himself that you’ll later see featured in this blog. It’s clear these two were absolutely destined to be together, a theory that’s only solidified by the presence of their little boy on their big day too.
Following on from a traditional & touching ceremony at Framingham Pigot Church (a genuinely unique Church known locally for its spire), around every corner was another surprise waiting to happen, none more so than the fantastic Singing Waiter Masters. These guys managed to get every one on their feet at Hales Hall. Maybe not such a difficult task considering how full of life these guests were. But nevertheless, they made the energy in the room soar! It was electric.
The party didn’t even peak there. I know! After one of the most romantic first dances I’ve ever seen, my favourite wedding band kicked off the evening. Truly Medley Deeply – a name I almost definitely would’ve given you if you’re one of my couples – manage to smash the dance floor to pieces every time I see them, and this was no exception!
Sincerely, Lucy & Jon, I had the best day alongside you. Thank you ever so much for making my first experience at Hales Hall, such an epic one. You’ve set the bar high!
