The long overdue Viner-Price Suffolk wedding finally happened last week, and thanks to both the behind the scenes work of a fantastic team of suppliers, and the inalienable spirit belonging to Megan & George, the day ran perfectly. I thought Megan’s dress choice from Beccles’ bridal boutique Lavender & Jude looked like a vintage Chanel piece, absolutely stunning, and the touches of pink throughout made her a girl after my own heart.
We started the morning with the boys staying in Bungay, before heading down to Megan’s Mother’s house for prep, where the wedding reception would also later happen that day. I’d been to the area previously, some 3 years ago now (how did that happen?) for Kaz & Joe’s wedding and actually shot the ceremony at the same Church. It felt comfortably familiar, like I just knew the day would be smooth sailing.
This year really has been spectacular, delivering some knockout weddings. I guess it’s all as a result of having been forbidden from dancing and celebrating for so long beforehand, we’re all about ready to burst now. It’s good to see people having the best day of their lives again. After all, that is such a huge part of a wedding – the joy of it all.
