The first of 45 weddings for my 2023 season began here, at Butley Priory, with Poppy & Jack. There were a few jaw-dropping moments for me on this day, one of which included catching a first glimpse of Poppy in her dress – she looked earth-shatteringly elegant – and another, when I saw the incredible effort that had gone into to making this wedding look as good as it felt. The flowers, the decor, the handmade pieces that Poppy poured her time into – all of it was a spectacular joy to photograph, let alone see with your own eyes.
Poppy & Jack chose a top tier team of suppliers to pull off their visions, all of which you can find below, but a particular kudos goes to the hardworking Penny behind the Little Lending Co. She was there from the early morning into the late afternoon ensuring that everything was perfectly placed. Without her, some of the gorgeousness you’re about to be witness to may not have happened – she’s a true craftswoman.
